Usability Lab
Located in Downtown Boston our usability lab allows researchers to observe and evaluate the testing of any interactive product during the qualitative market research testing process.
Among the myriad of usage testing capabilities, the lab is ideal for testing websites, hand-held devices, kiosks, and interactive software. Facial reactions, hand/eye movements and body language are combined electronically with images of the product being tested and are displayed in a picture-in-picture format, providing simultaneous observation and feedback of the product/participant interaction.
We offer DVD recordings of all sessions that capture usage and verbal reactions.
Facility Features at our Usability lab location:
- 4 remotely controlled cameras in a room
- Direct inputs from a respondent's PC at full VGA resolution for website & software testing
- Picture-in-picture display and recording in high resolution

- (1) 50" and (2) 42" LCD monitors in the client viewing room
Our usability lab is an infinitely flexible system that can be configured to meet client preferences and the specific needs of a study.
